Carefree Time and Bill Tracking!

BillRate has a number of features that make it easy for you to track your time, expenses and mileage in one simple to use application.

Main View

View a detailed list of all items (time, expenses, mileage) by day, week, month or year.
Icons help you easily identify the item type.

Client Details Record fundamental client information : Name, Address, Account Number, Contact (Point) person, and Notes.	Project Details Document all major or minor undertakings, whether it be client specific or not.	Quick Summary Get single-tap access to a quick summary of time, expenses, mileage, amounts billed, not-billed, paid, billable and non-billable hours etc.
View Preferences Navigate date ranges in the main view either by using the popup Calendar or the View options on the main toolbar.	Clients and Projects Organize entries by Clients and Projects, including detailed information about each client and project.	Export and Sync Tool Export your information to Microsoft Excel or XML formats and sync all your information with BillRate for Windows Mobile.

Track Time Entries	Track Expense Entries
Create a time entry by specifying the date, time duration, project, category and brief description.	Create an expense entry by selecting a client/project, category and entering a brief description.
Track Mileage Entries	Billable/Non-Billable Time
Create mileage entries to track gas expenses accumulated during a project.	Classify items as billable or non-billable, and track the status for each entry (billed, not-billed, paid etc.).
Filtering Searches	Entry Sorting
Filter items listed in the main view by client, project, category, item type, billable, billing status, flag status and custom fields.	Sort all time, expense and mileage entries by date, project, category, date, amount, or any other field by clicking on the appropriate header.
Categories	Options/Settings
Edit or delete existing categories or create customized ones. Associatae a bill rate per hour for automatic billing calculations.	General settings, field chooser, custom field options and color customization are available for personalization.
